According to the police, a woman embraced a man on a street in Queens before utilizing a knife to rob him later.
The suspect in the robbery that occurred in Jackson Heights on July 27 was identified by the New York Police Department in a photograph released on Wednesday.
The 39-year-old victim was walking at 87th Street and Roosevelt Avenue at approximately 3:35 a.m. on Saturday morning when the woman initiated a conversation with him and embraced him.
According to the police, she retrieved $850 from his pants pockets while she was embracing him.
According to the police, she assaulted him with a knife and fled westbound on Roosevelt Avenue when he attempted to retrieve the money.
The robbery did not result in any injuries.
