Court records indicate that a young woman from Davenport, aged 18, has been charged with participating in a riot that broke out in a hospital emergency room following a fight.
According to the arrest affidavits, Kadashia Rogers has been charged with a felony for participating in a riot. Rogers was released on a $5,000 bond.
According to the arrest affidavits, Davenport Police responded to a disturbance at Genesis Medical Center, located at 1227 E. Rusholme St., around 1 a.m. on Saturday. It was reported that Rogers was involved in a fight with two co-defendants in the emergency room’s waiting area.
According to police affidavits, the defendants were engaged in a physical altercation, with both parties screaming, kicking and punching each other.
The preliminary hearing of Rogers is scheduled for August 23 in Scott County Court.
