A woman was arrested by police after pushing two other women onto the tracks at a subway station in the Lower East Side. The incident occurred quickly, but fortunately, authorities acted fast and apprehended the perpetrator.

At 2:15 a.m. on Monday, two Mexican nationals, aged 27 and 28, were pushed off the northbound F line platform at Delancey Street/Essex Street station, according to reports.

As soon as the distress call was received, officers swiftly deployed to the station and immediately went to assist the women. A compassionate bystander also came forward to lend a helping hand and carefully guided the women back onto the platform.

The officers were instrumental in apprehending a woman who seemed to be in a state of emotional distress and was without shoes.
