On Monday morning, a commercial vehicle hit a man in Montgomery, resulting in his death.
Authorities received reports of a commercial vehicle striking a pedestrian on the West South Boulevard I-65 Southbound ramp at around 7:14 a.m. Police and fire medics quickly responded to the scene, where they discovered a man who had suffered fatal injuries and was declared dead on the spot.
According to the authorities, the operator of the commercial vehicle did not sustain any injuries.
Currently, the authorities have not disclosed the identity of the deceased man.
