NEW ORLEANS— According to the New Orleans Police Department, a man was fatally shot in Central City on Monday.
The gunshot occurred in the 2800 block of Danneel Street at approximately 3 p.m. According to the authorities, upon their arrival at the location, they discovered a male who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to the hospital by emergency medical services (EMS), where he passed away subsequently. At present, there is no additional information available.
