The police are seeking assistance in identifying two individuals who are connected to several violent robberies in Borough Park.
The NYPD alleges that the suspects committed a violent act by striking an 18-year-old man in the head with a pistol and forcibly taking his scooter. The incident took place at the intersection of 55th Street and 9th Avenue on August 23rd.
On the same day, police report that they also stole a woman’s purse just a block away. They then made their escape on the stolen scooter. During the struggle for her purse, the woman sustained a cut and had to be taken to the hospital for treatment.
