A woman has been charged with first-degree burglary following allegations that she broke into a home late in the evening on August 4, as stated in court documents.
The Montgomery Police Department has confirmed that the incident took place in the 6500 block of Tristan Way.
According to the affidavit, Montgomery allegedly broke into the home. Fearing for their safety, the victim hurriedly retreated to a bathroom and secured themselves inside. Despite their efforts, Montgomery managed to force her way into the victim’s bedroom, where she persisted in making further threats.
Montgomery County Detention Facility is currently holding Montgomery, who was arrested on Tuesday. The exact location of the crime was not disclosed in the filings.
