Early Monday morning, a police chase spanning multiple cities in Kansas resulted in the capture of one suspect, while another is still at large. According to KCTV, the pursuit began in Kansas City.
On August 5th, early in the morning, a police pursuit was initiated in Tonganoxie.
Shortly after, Leavenworth Sheriff’s officers in Basehor caught sight of the vehicle.
The chase proceeded to Kansas City, Kansas and ultimately came to a halt on 78th Street, which is two miles south of Kansas City, Kansas Community College and south of I-70. Law enforcement officers managed to apprehend one person, but another individual remains at large.
The authorities, accompanied by a K9 unit, are currently scouring the area to locate the individual who fled on foot.
